Can the world ever have enough of and with phobias?
In rough, more or less chronological order and sticking to the historically transformative ones, from time immemorial came xenophobia; then flourished Judeophobia, followed by Christianophobia, Negrophobia, Israelophobia and Islamophobia.

Just when I thought we might take a break from phobias, on came Europhobia.

Its arrival heralded what Bat Ye’or calls   “Europe`s Compassionate Hatred of Israel” in

Looks like humanity is destined to suffer from phobias to the end of times because they live for ever and never cease to inspire the champions of what nowadays is called “alternative facts”. Kovi Rose described such facts succinctly in the first person singular:  “I am never wrong, except when I am right.” Cf. article with this heading at www.timesofisrael.com.(2016)

Can Trumpohobialists  be long in demanding to be added to the list of such distinguishable company ? Personally, my prediction is that they will be refused on the grounds that the phobia is not irrational or perverse.
